High Scope Curriculum is a research-based program in which children learn through direct, hands-on experiences during play-based activities. A certified teacher along with a paraprofessional provide instruction using the High Scope Curriculum. Children have the opportunity to grow and develop with peers of varying abilities in the areas of social skills, play skills, language skills, motor skills, and early academic skills.
This multi-age program consists of general education children along with children with special needs learning together in the same classroom. Holland Township School offers a district-sponsored integrated preschool program designed for children aged 3-5 years who reside in Holland Township.
